One thing I'm really aiming at tackling is turnaround time in 2023. Many will agree it's my biggest weakness. I've been fortunate to keep the claim system going, but I tend to work with massive 'queue pool' instead of a disciplined and short 'queue list'. So I'm trying to figure how to approach it next year and get it under control. One new thing, inspired by a recent commission's rush, is for a piece to be done within a month, the cost is 3x (whether commission of claim), and to ensure getting it within 6 months - year, it's 2x (I'd like to keep that to 6 months), and normal cost has turnaround of year+. Hopefully a little bit after summer, around Aug 23, I'll be paid up on one business loan and I can take another at that point to refund and clear the queue of anyone tired of waiting on their piece entirely.
